About Us

Our student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) is one of the largest and most active student organizations on campus. We currently have about 75 members and are continuously growing. ASCE's mission is to provide essential value to our members, their careers, our partners and the public by developing leadership, advancing technology, advocating lifelong learning and promoting the profession.

  • The ASCE Chapter will be selling T-Shirts SOON!!!!!
  • The ASCE Chapter will also be selling Engineering Paper with the SIUE logo on it.
  • We are trying to implement a recycling program in the EB, please look for receptacles soon and do your part to help out!

During the Fall semester of 2006 we built a brick patio outside of the Engineering Building. Our chapter is now selling personalized bricks for $50. Each brick can have up to 3 lines of text and 14 characters per line of any inscription.
